Meet Ibility’s Leadership Team

DANIELLE KRAKORA

CEO & Co-Founder

Danielle is thrilled to be living the entrepreneur life and cherishes the journey since starting Ibility. She’s energized by the incredible friendships and partnerships she has built along the way and deeply values working with other vendors in the industry to achieve shared success. Danielle has a special passion for bringing women leaders together, creating opportunities for collaboration, and driving meaningful change. She is especially proud of the work her team is doing to support Veterans across the VA, improving lives and making a lasting impact. Seeing the difference they’ve made is both humbling and inspiring, and Danielle is excited to expand this mission into agencies beyond the VA. Every step of this journey has fueled her passion and purpose, and she looks forward to continuing to grow, innovate, and make a difference.

As a gifted leader, Danielle is dedicated to empowering her team to unlock their full potential, both individually and collectively. She believes in instilling confidence in her team members, enabling them to make informed decisions and take ownership of their work. Danielle also values the power of effective communication. Known for her transparency, she fosters a culture of honesty, trust, and decisive action with all stakeholders.

Beyond her professional life, Danielle dedicates her time to organizations that align with her passion for service. She is the President of the Greater Cleveland Fisher House Foundation, an organization that provides “homes away from home” for families of Veterans and military personnel receiving medical care. Danielle also serves on the Board of Modern Warrior Live, an immersive performance organization that uses storytelling and music to address the transition from military to civilian life and inspire healing. Additionally, she is a Board Member of Challenge America, a nonprofit that connects service members, Veterans, and their families with solutions that improve their lives. Each of these roles allows Danielle to channel her energy and leadership into causes that uplift and empower the military community.

Danielle is also a proud parent and enthusiastic supporter of her kids’ athletic adventures. You’ll often find her cheering on her favorite track, football, and basketball stars during the season. Outside of work and volunteering, Danielle enjoys hiking, running, and honing her golf game—though she admits she’s still working on that last one! She loves live music, a good beer, and soaking up the energy of outdoor festivals.
