Danielle Krakora, Co-Founder and CEO

Danielle loves change and embraces new technology as a mechanism for continuous improvement.  She believes in customer centric design and puts the end user at the center of every project.  Danielle believes that there is no such thing as a perfect design. Rather, projects are dynamic and needs are ever changing.  By adopting an Agile approach, her team can rapidly iterate to get to the next version of success for her customers.

As a gifted leader, Danielle continuously works with her team to develop and leverage their talents - individually and collectively as a team.  She believes that people need to feel empowered to make autonomous decisions and seeks to instill that confidence in each of her employees.  Finally, Danielle believes in the power of effective communication.  As a skilled communicator, Danielle is transparent with all stakeholders and has created a culture of honesty and decisive action.

When Danielle is not leading transformative initiatives for her customers, she volunteers her time in support of non-profit organizations she admires. She is on the Executive Board of Directors for LEAP, a Cleveland-based non-profit organization that provides incredible services for people with disabilities.  She sits on the Ohio Women Veterans Advisory Board and helps guide State legislators when considering new legislation impacting women Veterans.  Finally, Danielle is a member of the Northeast Ohio Veterans Community Task Force and works with Federal, State, and local organizations to identify the most pressing needs in her community and helps to align resources to improve the lives of Veterans and their families.

Danielle is a proud parent and fan girl for her amazing kiddos.  She is a proud wrestling mom and loves to spend her Sundays watching the wrestling mat in the winter.  Danielle likes to hike, is an avid runner, and tries awfully hard at golf.  She enjoys live music and a good beer (after the pandemic is over) and you may even find her at the occasional outdoor festival.  She is always looking to make new friends and enjoys the company of the people she loves.
